Firstly thanks for going to the bother of standing on a bridge and
recording a video off traffic on the M6 for us all to watch.
Where was the protest ■■
That never looked any busier than your normal M6 and no sign of
any hold-up or protest.
What was the point exactly?
All those guys/gals done was waste their presious time off away
from the ■■■■ wheel to take to the road for a ride up and down the M6.
Was it the two estate cars near the end of the film that were protesting?
They were the only one`s causing any hold-up with their rolling road block.
I fully support fuel protests if you are gonna block tankers from getting in
and out of refinerys or do it the French / Spanish way.
And if anybody thinks driving round a roundabout 3 times is going to
make Gordon Brown listen to hard working tax payers then maybe
Cloud cuckoo land does come into it after all…
WOW …NOT What an unimpressive display that was! Oh, by the way, wont the T-cab Scania with fridge trailer be overlength.

In no way was my post aimed ay you lancs… after all the first thing I wrote
was thanking you for wasting your time on something that was publicised
and never happened. Not your fault at all and no offence intended

i drove down from the m65 turnoff at about 12ish and saw quite a few people on the bridges towards lymm.
people can slag those off that turned up today, but when those people get laid off etc, maybe they will think twice, these guys are only trying to highlight the problem.
and no i wasnt in the protest i was workin.

I think most of the country are aware of the high cost of fuel. However, I wonder how many of them are aware of the low rates being earned for getting goods to the shops and factories. Thats the problem that needs highlighting, and the best way to do that is to keep the trucks OFF the road. Of course, thats if the bosses dare confront their customers with demands for higher rates. Sadly, I doubt whether that will happen.

Also was that two of Thorburn’s near the front. 
I imagine the only person interested in that video will be Beverley Bell but she was probably up on the bridge taking notes 
Just dont see the point, you may as well wait till next week and drive your trucks round & round the roundabout outside Stanlow, that will keep everyone on here happy.

Sandy kydd no longer has his T cab now, he has replaced it with a R620 topline.

Why are there 2 videos now of normal Saturday M6 traffic with trucks flying along at 56mph ?
Am I missing something here? I thought there was meant to be a protest or something?
The go slow on the M6,truckers all blowin their horns
and 80% of them flashing their blue lights !
