hi guys can i just ask abit of a silly question
if you do your class 2 can you pull a trailer or does you have to have your class 1 to do this I.E car transporters

Class 1 all the way on car transporters mate.
You can only tow a trailer up to 750kgs on a class 2 licence.

Unless you passed your test donkeys years ago.You have ‘Grandfather’ rights to drive a full size W+D on a class 2.
If you pass your class 2 now ‘as above’.
although if you did your class two a long time ago you can drive drawbar outfits !
you should have C+E with a restriction on it
someone clever will remember when the licences changed from class 1,2 & 3 to C & C+E

Have a look on yur licence and see if it shows code 102 restriction next to your C
If it does you can pull drawbar under grandfather rights, if not then you cant and need to obtain C+E status on your licence

Well it won’t be me beacuse I’m so old I never even took a Class 2, just straight in at Class 1.
Crikey, I’m so old, I’m even admitting it, I sound just like my mother 
I went straight from car to class 1 and still have my old brown licence at home in a drawer
