does any one no if it cost you to upgrade your photo licence to have class c provisional put on it or do you just send the d2 form with your medical and old licence

Provisional entitlements are not on the photocard but are on the paper bit.
so why do i have to send off my photocard (lost paper part)

They are issued out as a pair and only form a driving licence as a pair.
