OK ,got my D2 form. Where it mentions confirming Identity .It asks what documentation you are providing. There is no box for Photocard licence.Do I just leave it blank and send it off.
Aslo it asks what provisional entitlement you require? Can I tick C+E ? Or do I just wait until I pass my C and then it gets added automatically?

just tick cat c, when youve passed that it comes back with
c+e provisional on it 
i think your current driving licence which you send off with
the forms should be fine as ID.
all new licences issued are the photo card type now, thats
probably why theres no tick box.

Your photo licence as proof of identity is just fine. No need to forward any other ID’s for proof of identity. You only need to forward your passport, Birth Certificate or whatever else if you still possess one of the old paper licences. Only enclose proof of your address if you have moved recently.
As with regard to your provisional licence you can tick C and CE as provisional entitlement. They will put C on your licence once you’ve passed and leave CE as provisional until you have passed this as well.

Also tick D (buses) too as then you’ll get the licence back with Provisional for Both trucks AND buses. Should you ever fancy having a go at those.
