can you park at the services on motorways?
do you have to pay? when will you get clamped?
can i park for the night or just for a quick bite to eat and use the loo etc?
2 hours for free and then you pay - usually a nice man comes around and takes your night parking money from you

yes you can park in them but my and many others advice would be dont usually round the £20 mark for nothing they smell charge you about 6 quid for a burgerking and offer no security plus you get to walk about 2 mile when you need a ■■■■■ 
ok for a 45 but i would say stay well a way for your night outs
