Mary phoned French Lawyer
John was up for his normal 4 monthly remand hearing yesterday before the Juge d’Instruction and was given another 4 months
Today he was before 3 Judges to hear his appeal, they agreed that certain aspects of the case had been handled incorrectly and would give a decision on 18th November. Mary has to phone the Lawyer 17.00hrs UK time that date
So there is still hope
Mary, David and I will be there 18th/20th/ visiting John so we might just bring him home
Lets hope so Ken.
