Very quick one here
Im on Agency to a haulier, I know the bloke from before & he is an (zb)Anyway his CPC holder has left (being a lazy so & so not doing it himself). Just wandering where I stand & he does legally with this. Should I be driving the truck & insurance etc etc. Should he be operating the truck?
