Got to go pick up a Merc tomorrow morning from an empty yard. They think it’s an Axor but might be an Actros depending on which is back soonest. Both are 26 ton rigids.
Could someone give a guy a hand and let me know how to open the bonnet and check the fluids etc on these, plus anything else “different” on the checks? It’s going to be dark and nobody else around so no help from the yard.

last time I drove an axor it was just a case of sticking your hands behind the ‘bonnet’ and pulling.
Oil has a red cap on the left hand side and I think the water is blue/green on the right hand side (not to sure 
), washer bottle is in the passenger step. Check the oil via the dashboard display.
if its the actros there are 2 “buttons” you push to the side on the grill and pull it up.
normally there’s no dipstick the oil is checked via the steering wheel buttons controlling the computer
