At the tender age of 44 I have just received my D4 (medical) and D47 (licence) renewal application forms. On the D47 section 3 asks for “Convictions” I had a couple a lot of years ago and can’t really recall the details, does rehabilitation of offenders act come in to play here or not? it advises to see booklet D100 for further details but didn’t enclose one with the forms.
fairly sure you dont have to mention anything over 5 years old.
I just had my aviation criminal record check back and they only look back 5 years.
