Hi, I’m turning 60 soon and have requested the forms pack and have received the D2 and D4, which I have looked at.
On the renewal form it seems to only have an option for over 70.
Google says there should be a form D47P for age related renewals.
Is this correct or am I suffering from old age and confusing myself.

It is the D47P that you want, I’ve just received mine after requesting online. The D4 form is for a provisional licence as far as I know.
The D4 form is the HGV medical report form.

it’s a government agency form and you’re expecting logical numbering

Logically the forms would only go to D5 then
You can get a D47P form pack at large post offices
