Hi Andy,

Hope you are keeping well in La Belle France,it certainly looks like an Iveco/Fiat,I’ve just turned over the excellent model Jimski made me and put it in the bath to get the desired effect and there is a similarity, the only time I saw the underside of one was when El Longo,Ken barrel rolled one of mine on the Turin tangenziale, about 25 years ago years ago now !!

By the way Charlie one was supposed to be on that ferry but missed it by 10 minutes,as he was attending an SAS reunion

Regards
Richard

Andy. You haven’t got time to ■■■■ around. Get out and get that bonfire going. Regards Charlie

There has been a lot of pictures of the “Health Protection Agency” at Porton Down in the last 10 days,
following the poisoning of a Russian man and his daughter, also Sgt Nick Bailey of Wiltshire Police.
From about 1998, Deliveries to Porton Down were a regular part of my work, usually delivering many
items of CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) Counter Terrorism equipment.
After booking in at the entrance, I was accompanied by a security officer, who was not permitted
to be more than 6 feet away from me at all times. Deliveries to certain parts of the site meant that
I was escorted by an armed M.O.D. Police Officer. Just a few miles away is a large Military site at
Winterbourne Gunner, which contained a stores and distribution facility for every Police Force in the
U.K. The operation was handled by civilian staff of Hampshire Police, and soon after I started deliveries
to there, I began doing some of their deliveries of the CBRN equipment to Northern England & Scotland
and Northern Ireland. Ray Smyth.

I know, RS Hills is/was a Fareham company but both shots are working for old Southampton companies;

First one a ‘quick Manchester’ for Skillbeech on a Monday before shipping out Monday night…

Second one is in France that I know a few on here will recognise (guesses on a postcard please) the location loaded for Matsolex…

Bugger it wont let me insert the pictures, has it changed on here, haven’t had trouble before■■?

1st pic taken at Alton on A31 on the way back from Tiltec, Barking
Nice pic of my DAF, before I put her thru the wars, she was a bit battle scarred by the end, mechanical she was completely sound never put a spanner
on the Engine 800,000 kms, only 1 clutch.
As for the CMR it clearly states badly loading by the French so Sorry no claim accepted
