Sensors, not cameras. They work similar to the ones set into the road surface at traffic lights. They ‘sense’ the magnetic field of a vehicle passing over them.
The gantries near Wednesbury: 60 - 60 - 60 - 50 - 60 - 60. If that isnt designed for revenue if you happen to be concentrating on driving than actually looking up at signs I dont know what is!
