The Truck is German regerstired, so the following counts,
.1st point in Germany we can drive 44tns on 5axles when doing rail traffic
2nd point he is pulling a trailer built for special transport of bulky and heavy

Not in the UK it won’t.
To run at 44 tonnes the following conditions apply;
Vehicle combination must have at least 6 axles; at least three on tractor (prime mover for WAG) and three on trailer.
Trailer axles and drive axle(s) of tractor / prime mover must have ‘road friendly suspension,’ usually take to mean ‘on air.’
Engine must be at least Euro 2 (just about anything since late eighties)
Drive axle weight may not exceed 10.5 tonnes
Distance between centre of rearmost axle of semi-trailer to pin position must be at leat 8.0 m. With draw bar trailers the distance between the reamost axle of the prime mover and the fore most axle of the trailer must not be less than 3.0 m.
