Real life traffic cops and VOSA
I found the second half of that report quite interesting, all those examples of bad driving just let off with a warning, why not give em a fine? If you want them to stop driving like numpties hit em where it hurts in the wallet.
Why dont they dish out instant bans like they do in new zealand? They would be much more effective than a fine or points, the threat of instantly being banned from driving for a week or more would make people think.
It turns out he’s a civil servant, on his way home on an unfamiliar stretch of road.

That means his wages are paid by US THE TAX PAYER FFS!!!
And was he fined though??
