To the muppet car driver once again .
Well done for completely snarling up lanes two and three after everyone else with a brain remained in lane 1 after highways agency and the police had closed them off due to an accident , and incidentally closed the motorway for an hour and half 
.
Well done for sneaking down the hard shoulder in the vain hope you might reach your junction and chuckle to yourself for doing so . ( even though the accident was 500yds in front of me )
Well done for then blocking the hardshoulder because no-one else can move to let you back in .
Well done for holding the emergency services up because you felt you had to snarl lanes 2 and 3 and not content with that blocked the hard shoulder which is incidentally the EMERGENCY lane ,not the spare lane when queing .
