Training in Surrey

Hi Everyone,

Just thought I’d put in a quick recommendation for 1st Class Trucking. Did a weeks training with them based at Dunsfold airfield (where they film Top Gear) and passed Cat C on Saturday at Guildford test centre. I paid about 840 quid for 20 hours of 1 to1 training including the test, having done a free assessment drive to check them out. Very good instructor, patient and helpful, truck was a DAF 65CF (I think…) with a 4 over 4 box.

There’s another company I looked at in the area called EP Training who seem pretty good as well but I’ve got no direct experience of them.

E P TRAINING SERVICES are great. I did my training with them many years ago and my instructor was very good. Although I did not pass my test, reversing being the problem then, went on to get more traning in Southampton where I did pass my test. Would recommend E P . Liz
