I do remember seeing this a while ago and to go with was a video from a people carrier that was involved in this accident, they were kids in the back filming because they were going on holiday and were all excited and the video shows this accident from the motorway and is a lot more horrific because you can hear all the screams and panic but im sure it was taken off ages ago.

the video of the tipper also posted was actually testing the wall, not the truck as youtube states, for use around embassies and other high security installations, and i’m sure it was developed by qinetiq and/or cleveland bridge - definitely UK firms anyway
