Have worked 13.5hrs today. Because Monday is a new week if I take 11 hours off tonight will I have 3 15’s left or will today be included?

No, reduced rests reset between week rests, not the fixed week.

Beat me to it, but this post clarifies things a bit. Sooo wish they’d sort this stuff out in the regs.

Any duty over 13 hours will result in a reduced daily rest of 9 hours, it is not possible to “take 11 hours off”, to count as a normal daily rest (over 13 hours)
Three reductions are allowed between the end of a weekly rest and the start of the next weekly rest.
