there’s the services at j47 Penllergaer, but no idea what they’re like, and there’s also Pont Abraham services just passed Swansea at j49 (the end of M4)
Burger king only at swansea west,plus curtains cut.
Mcdonalds only at pont abraham.
you take a risk wherever you park, even if they say that they have security and cctv. A few have had fuel stolen and tanks drilled at sarn, but never any security round at the time and cctv pointing the wrong way at the time

If you exit j47 head down the A4240 to Gorseinon for about a mile you’ll come to a Lidl and just pass there is a service or slip road and you can park on there.
Further to previous answers, Llansamlet Enterprise park, of J45 M4. Take aways, 24 hour Asda, pubs.

Carry on down past the Lidl to the junction with traffic lights. Turn right, then left. You can park on the road that runs parallel to Asda. there is a Wetherspoons 200yds away & various takeaways if needed.

Could probably actually park in Asda I quite often see the odd truck parked in their car parks .
