What a unprofessional company they were in his experience
That’s after he’d asked me to explain

Some bloke in an Amazon waiting room the other day was fresh from a CPC course & adamant that the DVSA were now sitting outside RDCs “doing people” for booking breaks whilst sat on their ring supping coffee. They were also patrolling the services for drivers carrying out walk round checks such as tightening straps whilst on break, then demanding they restart their break and blocking them in for 45 mins.

It’s painful to listen to.

The common theme seems to be that the CPC courses laid on by the third party training outfits are generally just hotbeds for RDC waiting room ■■■■■■■■.

I must have missed it, but when did care in the community turn into cpc trainer courses?

How does one get to become a DCPC trainer?

Do you buy a licence, or do you get it out of a Christmas Cracker??

It isn’t very professional of any “Trainer” to criticize an actual operating licence holder - is it?

Imagine the “Ice Breaker” session…

“How many points you got on your licence, Thomasz?”

Seems to me all the waiting room jackanory tellers, have re-trained as cpc trainers. Because some of the b’s that keeps popping up is definitely made up.

Next they’ll be telling you that the DSVA will be fining you a thousand pounds for every complete wind of the landing gear you didn’t do

that"l be the blind leading the blind then?

I had the privilege of sitting next to the driver who called the police at Tesco’s to come his vehicle off after running out of hours.
I always wanted too meet this man. He’s a legend.

Are you saying that every single load in a Stobart trailer is restrained to DVSA standards, ie the DVSA load Matrix?

(Apart from the biomass obviously)

i know for a fact that a green truck company doesn’t restraint palletised loads.

Can anyone here challenge me on that fact?
