Does anyone know what the amp rateing for the 24volt hella socket is? Asked at local Scania but no one there could give me an answer, sparkey was out at the time. I need it to be able to handle a 7.5 amp load.

I,m pretty sure its 10 amp. Ive been running a 300 watt invertor off mine and had no probs. One way off checking mite be to look at the fuse for that particular socket on the fuse box.

Thanks Paul, ive got the truck at home so will have a look in the morning, its only going to have a auto adapter for a laptop going into it, but the laptop i am useing at the mo has a 7.5amp load.
