Passed Class 1 ,2 years ago,now looking for experience

Hi all.
I passed my class 1 over 2 years ago.

I had no look back then of finding experience so have been driving
Class 2 wagons for 2 years.
From Driving Tankers to Multi drops.

I am now thinking of taking a refresher and start driving class 1 (hopefully trunking to start)

I am looking for suggestions on how to gain experience?
It seems a shame not to use my class 1 after spending £1,000 to get it.
