i am off to south wales in the morning anyone know any decent places to overnight , securish would be handy ,preferabley with cafe bar etc on site not sure exactley where i am going yet (or ever 
) but as our weighbridgeman said to the end of the M4 and up a bit

We tend to travel quite a bit down that way from Premdor here in Barnsley.
I usually stay in one of the services on the M4, mostly junc 47 (£14 with a $5.99 meal voucher) I have stayed at junc 23a services too.
Not sure about any other places except for maybe the local services and trading estates.If you take a look at this post of mine from a few weeks back, maybe there is something that could help.
