Hi all, I’ve been reading this an article on Operators Licence compliance and how the VOSA OCRS scoring system works. It appears (to me anyway) that because of the way that OCRS works, unless you are in a position where you can continually improve your compliance standards. You are likely to eventually find your OCRS score worsening regardless of the fact that you might not receive any new penalties. It’s one thing to target operators that don’t comply with the regulations, but this system seems to target operators just because they are not improving.
