Ahh I see silly me beat to it.
I remember seeing a car driver attack a tipper driver just off the A31 near Aldershot a few years ago. The tipper driver had been driving like a maniac, weaving from lane to lane as he went down the slip road. Then he turned left into the quarry at the bottom, pinning a car to the side of the road and probably scratching it somewhat. He then stopped at the gate and the car driver got out, climbed up to his cab and had a go at him. The tipper driver got out and there was a fight. I watched a bit of it but had to disappear up the A331 and didn’t have a hands-free back then.

It’s not against the law to use a mobile to make an emergency call whilst driving.
would gbh on a motorist not just be a kinda normal day for a tipper driver getting paid by the load?..hardly an emergency more of an everyday occurance.
now tipper driver vs skip driver…that one would be worth seeing…
