I have contacted admin to see if its ok to post about this subject.
1 driver I know has fitted a product to his truck that has gained him 1.5 km per gallon on his diesel. This might not sound like much but he uses 155.55 gallons per week pulling loads from a quarry. He is saving an average of €77.00 euro per week which back in his own pocket. This guy works for himself with only two trucks and not the big guys running fleets that seem to be able to put the extra charges back on the customers.
With permission I can talk about this product and give a full breakdown of the savings and also the product name of course.
Fuel in Ireland is also on the up and any saving in this business is a good one.
No its not a magnet at all.I have been contacted by Admin and told I cannot speak about it because it is a commercial product. This product really works and there are commercial trucks using it in Ireland at the moment.Just a few I may add but it does take time to get something out there in the market.
Magnets don’t work on the fuel line because of the speed the fuel is traveling through it.Sorting out the problem in the tank does work because it does not have to travel through anything its done in the tank near the fuel pump.Unfortunately bigger companies don’t need to save on fuel cost because they pass the cost onto their customers.Hopefully I will get a chance to talk more about this subject later.
No it looks nothing like that. That product is called a turbonator I think and can be bought in many sizes.
My product can not be bought online or on ebay so I would not think you are going to show me any pictures of it.Also I am trying to contact some one about advertising this product online and really do think it will help to save fuel on all your trucks.
I’ve looked at every fuel saving device there is and it looks like remarketed version of the above. (which is the only one that works without harming the engine).
I tested this product at the MIRA track a few years ago. .
Could you possible send me your contact no on a pm because the device I have I think was also tested on the track as well and showed a saving of 5.9 per cent on fuel.I have contact Mira and can not get any info on what they done.
Quick update.
The local garage is charging £1.09.9p per litre - ist’s going up daily.
I am sure the Arabs that have palaces that can be wheeled around the desert are terribly sorry that the cost of production has caused this
I wonder if our esteemed government have considered keeping the price low for the humble motorist and taking a tiny touch less themselves in tax
If it was as easy as that ha ha ha nice idea all the same.
€1.219 for diesel in Ireland at the moment and on the way up I think.Thats for the normal pump price and not from the depot which is cheaper of course.I should have permission by next week to start advertising this online.I am also looking for uk agents so if anyone is interested pm me.
Nice picture, would this make you slow down or go faster to get home is the question. This Saturday we will in our 6th week of testing with a truck so I will have more results on Monday. As it stands we have gone from 10.94 km per gallon to 12.44 km per gallon with the driver indicating he has more power in the truck.Using 155.55 gallons per week this is a saving of 13.96% per week. Not to be laughed at with the price of fuel going upwards every week.
Could be the weathers turned colder lately and the intercooler etc is more efficient? New/pumped up tyres? Oil change?
If this thing is doing something to the fuel then it will do something to the engine. You can get better performance and fuel by advancing the timing a little but it wont do your engine much good. Depends how long you’re keeping it I suppose. . .
Results from testing day at MIRA: (bit old now but might be interesting)
