after reading alot of posts it makes me realise why we as drivers are in such a mess .There are alot of qualified people on here an alot of highly skilled drivers on here. we all want to is better our lot and would like to improve our lot,So as tradition is ,All we do is argue amongst each other no wonder the bosses love it !!!
we have several unions ,all purport to represent “THE DRIVER” and when we call on them all we get is wringing hands jobbie,
Me im p****** off with paying money but getting no support.
I think for the next 10 years or so i will just blow anyone/firm thats is not suitable to work for an take my chances.
