Dunno what they’re like to work for, but I used to see them in fruit markets a lot when I had a proper job. IIRC they load outta the channel ports a lot (hence Kent connection)
Okay if you dont mind been pushed along a bit, they like their pound of flesh, they use to have a bad reputation locally but seem to have got their act together now.
Wages are not the best but better than dole money, and shifts are something like 4 on 4 off
Take a photo of the family if your close to them!
You might work 4 on 4 off and they certainly like their pound of flesh = silly start & finish times, pushed to max and no guarentee of getting home! (could be weekended down the road)
but thats only what I’ve heard - cant substantiate anything 
They park up a lot at Sittingbourne. I actually took a pic a few weeks ago of the back door of the trailer as they said they were recruiting, just never had time to stick it up… Doesnt seem to be many new lorries, all old 4 series Scanias.
