Help needed with regards to north circular

Has any body been around north circular today or recently, I need to know if the roadworks are still there where you go from BOWES ROAD left onto TELFORD ROAD and towards the 15’6" bridge. Basically I drive a 15’9" trailer and got caught out last time as usually I would carry on up Bowes Road and rejoin the north circular later and avoiding the bridge, but with the roadworks you only have the option to follow the road to the left and continue towards the bridge (I had to let air out of unit & trailer and just got under last time with somebody watching me under) and I obviously don’t want to do it again.

I go this way as I’m travelling from Dagenham to Park Royal and this is usually the best option…but I haven’t been for a while so need to know if the roadworks are still there ?

bowes road is touch and go
sometimes its worth the chance other times you wait for ever to get thru
keep ta switched on in radio i think A504 thru Muswell hill is do able at height

or do A13 A501 A40
no congestion charge
