I cant see how they would be allowed to take that anywhere joe public is due to the fact it no gaurds fitted imagine if one of those blades parted company, Eddie.

Hell i thought H&S was getting strict , I was stopped many times years ago when hedge cutting by H&S /Landowners to check my guards were in place,when operating on public roads.
