paint is Paint as it is and not ADR in that Quantity
Aerosol is a Spray and not ADR in that Quantity
Nos i don’t know, but,by sure i expect Non-ADR,as i know what Cargarages use to work

Have never quiet figured out the idiots who make up the laws ,
if i go to pick up a tanker/barrel full of whisky i need a ADR , BUT once the same amount has been bottled its fine !!!
isnt it a weird and wonderfull world we live in !

In my short experience on pallet multidrop, this was one of the things I always wondered about.

I had two pallets of shotgun cartridges one day, I don’t know if it was legal (I’ve not got ADR), but it certainly made me drive carefully (even more carefully then  ).

Unless it has changed
with out haveing a ADR class one cert, YOU can
transport/drive up to the equiverlent of 1tn of Gunpowder
as we carry the fire works when THEY ARE ON SALE:
when ypou have a ADR/HAZ certificate.

One reason why I let both my ADR certificates lapse.

There is some nasty stuff being carried on the roads today, with scant reward for what your carrying.

I decided that for what extra was being paid,it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Ken.

@ QUINNY IF you take certain items which are transported daily
and have these all together on the same trailer,if they mix
it will make an explosive mixture and go bang,AND these items
are not classed as ADR/HAZ goods at all, this means you could be
carrying them, so it does not really matter,

I would have needed clean pants carrying that load!!!.

I let mine lapse too Quinny, for the same reason.

Why should I risk my neck, driving a bomb around, for next to nothing extra?

OK, so maybe calling it a bomb is a slight exaggeration, but it illustrates the point.
