Hi, will seem a stupid question but I’m hoping to get my first drive this weekend.
Will my standard car charger for my sat nav work fine in the truck or do I need to buy an adapter or anything?

I have bog standard charger and mine has been okay fits fine as agency drive a fair few different trucks !

It’ll work. All these chargers for Sat Navs, mobile phones, PDA’s and so on are droppers anyway as regardless whether you plug them into 12 or 24 volts they are only passing about 5 volts through to the unit.
