Just been to visit the doc and been diagnosed with angina. Gave me pills and a breather and put me off the road immediately. said it is initially for two weeks but we will see, have to go back tomorrow. I’ll let you know how I get on

Well been back to the doctors today. He now reckons rest for a couple of weeks and I will be OK. He didn’t half panic me the first time. Seems I’m not as bad as he first thought, though I still have to go for the treadmill test next week. Feeling better already. I’ll keep you posted

I bet the shock did a lot for your angina 
. Seriousley though, hope it goes well. Would hate to be put off the road like that. Let us know

Well, just back from the hospital and it,s bad news. The specialist has put me off fro six months and pulled my licences, HGV and Hackney although I can still drive socially. Have to go for still more tests in a fortnight, will keep you posted.

Well thats it, just back from the Hospital and I have been officially told that I have not to resume work. I have to inform DVLA and Liverpool Hackney Office
God I feel gutted. 
I will keep you informed when I get my head round it better
