how can i apply-get a digital tacho who to apply to,how, costs etc?

Sometimes your local VOSA LGV MOT place and some LGV training schools will have the forms for them - I think the cost is £38
so do i fill out the forms and send my licence off with it as this isnt possible as i have my c+e test soon

If you have the new-ish type plastic photo licence you don’t need to send it with the application form for a Driver card, just fill in the form complete with the driver licence number and they take the details from the licence records.
However if you still have the old type licence you will need to include a photo and I believe the old licence to (not sure about the licence though).
The information is all on the application form when you get one
