The erstwhile editor of Truck & Driver saw this photo a while ago and made some enquiries ,
general opinion is that it doesnt exist and is a very good example of the art of photoshop, however he, and I am willing to be proved wrong !! 
That is 100% photoshopped, no doubt about it!
Photoshopped yes, just looks at the fuel tank must be about 2000 litres

Yes, the front and hood is from a Scania I think! This truck can´t exist in reality but on someones hard disc. Not as beautiful as a young woman
