Not necersarily It looks like hes opening up on the same site as his topsoil and skip business, so he probably has to pay the security staff anyway. Good luck to the guy I for one will be keeping an eye open for this place next year when it opens and will be trying it to see.
Would be an idea if someone on here that lives nearby tells him about this thread so he can keep eveyone updated on progress.
