Came round the M25 from the M23 to the M3 last night and nearly every on of those refuges was occupied by a couple of east europeans parked up with the curtains closed. So is it now acceptable to take a 9 off there now, and who the hell would want to ?.
Plenty of room for them to crap there, and they don’t need any washing facilities.
