would just like to ask everyone to keep their eyes open, I work for a small family firm who specialise in factory removals down on Holton Heath Ind Est, Poole, Dorset.
Saturday evening we were broken into and an attempt was made to steal a brand new Nooteboom 4 axle double extending stepframe trailer (which we’ve had in build for nearly 2 yrs)
For whatever reason they couldn’t get the tractor unit out from underneath it (quite a heavy double drive unit with a 65t/m crane on it) they ended up stealing a 4 axle extending Faymonville stepframe that was loaded with a 7ton capacity Hyster forklift on it.
The worst part was they then torched 6 other tractor units and 8 trailers all ended up total write offs (pictures on Bournemouth Evening Echo and ITV Meridian news websites if anyone interested) Drivers lost everything in their cabs, fire was so hot even melted the gearbox out of one. Rough estimate about £1million damage, thing’s were tough as it was but every possibility that won’t survive this. Thirty mens livlihoods depending on it though!
Just if anybody spots the Faymonville it’s a 1yr old 2.5m wide single extender on air with hydralic stabilising rear legs on beavertail, was painted Royal Blue as was the forklift. Both were signwritten AET Transport Services, give the Police or Cimestoppers a call please.
The [zb] had no need to burn the lorries, put us back years if not completely.

that’s bad, very sorry to hear it. have done some bits of work with andrew in the past and seemed a decent bloke 
just seen it on rt a…holes i really i can t bleave this country what the is going on the company had to bring rental vehicles in to cover for work i don t know this company but all the best
