I have had a telephone call from the team at the accident investigation unit dealing with this incident, becouse of the nature of this ie people arrested in connection to there enquiries, the police are limited to what information they can give, However they have told me that the driver worked for XL Logistics, and have given me the name and direct telephone number of ther liason manager ay XL dealing with the police and family, I will be telephoning him on Monday17th, the outcome of the conversation will be posted on this thread that evening.
I shall also find out the details of the funeral.
I will be printing off the Condolence list next week end to take into XL the following Monday so please dont hesitate in putting your name down now.

at 15.30 hrs. Saturday 15th N0vember.
The driver who died was aged 40yrs old, and came from Chelmsford in Essex, his name was Paul Wizik, this is all they would give me at the moment as this info was in the local paper earlier this week.
