If i started at 7.15 am today and finished at 4.45 pm today, am i right in thinking i can start at 1.45 am tommorow on a reduced rest or start at 3.45 am with a full rest?

I don’t mind early starts me, just making sure i have my calculations right because its not something I normally need to worry about.
Also if you start at 0145 tomorrow its a reduced for today not tomorrow
