I do wish these job adverts would make a point of including both the number of hours expected of you AND the pay. That way all jobs can be boiled down to an hourly rate for comparison.
“Earnings £700 per week” sounds good until it turns out you need to be working 84 hours…
“Salary £38k” sounds good until it turns out you’ll be tramping to Europe, home only 2 days a fortnight.
“Hourly rate £12.50” sounds OK until you find out that any over-hours are not paid as overtime, and you still get an hour knocked off for meal break. 9+ hours for max £100 gross essentially.

Never had any expierence with fridge work, no doubt soon pick it upSpeak polish and its all lidl and aldi work so a lot of self tipping

Hear that since the “partnership” with Culina drivers not pushed as hard and should be £600+ in bank for 5cards tramping.

I had nearly 7 yrs with Culina and they don’t plan you ridiculous hours or push you too hard . If I ever did a 13 + day it was down to some major hold up not bad planning.
