Still here on nights i managed 31hrs last week glad were not on the hour anymore. I see you got a good increase on the Halfords job in the end, theres copys of your rise up on the wall all over our place, the gaffer is not a happy bunny as we`re in pay talks at the moment.
Well gutted i missed a free pint

Were still after the back pay for last year aswell.But they dont want to pay it.It is a good rise but i can see exel doing something underhand.They could finish us all and say that the new rates of pay are XXXXXX instead.
Theres something in the contract (that our union guys wont sign yet) that exel can open up a new depot and pay them a different rate.i;e open a new depot near to redditch.But the 3 established depots weve got are all on the same rate of pay.
