Midlands based agency
They have come back to me saying they are aware and are looking into it when they are back in the office on Tuesday.
It could be an “admin error”
However if its not sorted i know that the agency will end up being dropped from the contract, as the company have stated it is part of their agreement/contract.
They know i am with other agencies too so it’s not too much of an issue.
Will see what happens. just hope that it is sorted out as the agency seem reputable and would be silly to get a bad review and reputation over something so easily resolved.
