I will be doing my first driving assessment next week with XPO, the job is both class 1 and 2. Can anyone give me an idea what to expect with a driving assessment as I haven’t done one before.

Normally a drive,a couple of reverses and then possibly a test like you did on the theory of clicky click videos and/or some questions on regs ect.
Oh and possibly a couple/Un couple of a trailer.

Make the assessor aware that you’re new. They should make allowances for it.
I done an assessment with them a few years ago although I never took the job. Was just the usual unit checks, couple up, trailer checks, 30 minute drive, reverse onto a bay and then drop trailer.
