This isn’t the drivers problem at all. You tell the shop your delivering to that you need access, if they won’t help and sort it for you then I’d take a couple of photos as proof to my boss then I’d be phoning and say I can’t do the delivery. I can guarantee within half an hour after a few phone calls were made someone would have magically created access for me once the hauliers customer was told they will be charged for us taking it away, and then then their customer who were delivering to would be told re delivery charge would be passed onto them. Once money comes into businesses soon pull their fingers out.
