Controversial comment I know but it didn’t by chance have a blue badge in the window
They do seem some of the worst offenders when it comes to inconsiderate /stupid parking

Let’s hope you never have need of a blue badge,keep healthy.

The point hes making is that some people with a blue badge think it entitles them to park anywhere
