Finally got round to sorting my hgv provisional had my medical yesterday so D4 form is all sorted, now because i already have a drivers license does that mean i don’t have to send a new photo in and proof of identity? And should i also add bus onto the entitlement as I’ve heard this? Just wanna make sure it’s done right as i know there picky with paperwork cheers 
Tick C & D only on the D2 then send it off with current licence as well as the D4 medical form
No new photo needed unless your current one is about to expire
