I may have this wrong, bug it’s worth a try.
Login to the DVLA licence check system and create a code.
Now log out, then login as an employer would using the code.
I have a feeling it will only show the conviction online for 5 years, and therefore an employer won’t see it.
Worth a go - let me know if I’m right.
