To coincide with a meeting of the Fisheries Council in Antwerp on the 10th of December French fishermen say they will try to block the Port of Calais on 10th and maybe the 11th of December.
I wish I read this before I tried to come home this morning, only took me 7 hrs from the Elf station to the ferry.

You must have been there about the same time as me. I was 4.5 hours from arriving in Calais to getting on the ferry, joined the queue a little past the Elf at the begining of the left hand bend.
