hi all just a quickie went out today and half way round my route took me mud guard and suppresssor clean off the wheel arch :open_mouth: now i fort i would have to wait for a contractor to come and fix this before i went on my way with the rest of my journey. so i phoned work and told them the situation they said put the mudguard in the back of the truck and carry on, i said is`nt that illegal and he said no but if i feel uncomfortable carrying on with out it they would get some 1 out . i took the risk and carried on with my route and then avoided the well known vosa locations on the way back just incase. would i have got done for this if i was pulled over i had nothing to tempoary fix the issue either what would you have done :sunglasses:

if you had been pulled by VOSA, you would have been issued a delayed PG9 and the company would have been given 10 days to rectify the fault and present the vehicle to an MoT test centre to get it removed
